No. Ghana restricts some vehicles by age and condition: for example flood-, fire- and chassis-damaged cars, and right-hand-drive vehicles. The rules changed in 2026 and parts are still being finalised; see Ghana's import rules. We check every car against the rules in force before you bid, so you don't buy a car you can't register.
Duty, levies and VAT together are commonly a third to a half of the car's landed value (CIF), more for older cars. Customs sets the value it charges on. Try our cost calculator for a planning figure, and we'll give you a written estimate for your car.
