How we handle personal data, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Last updated: 9 October 2026.
Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Import orders: details needed to buy, ship, insure and clear a vehicle for you — such as your full name, address, identification details required by shipping lines and customs, and payment records.
- Website use: the page you sent an enquiry from and how you found us (for example a search engine or a campaign link), so we know which of our efforts work.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes and cost estimates.
- To buy, ship, insure and clear vehicles for you, and to invoice and receive payment.
- To keep you updated about your order.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements in Ghana.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to deliver your order: auction houses, transport and shipping companies, insurers, clearing agents and the relevant authorities. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers or cookies.
To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and gives us only totals such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type.
Where it is kept
Enquiries and order records are kept in our business systems, which are hosted with providers in the European Union and protected by access controls and encryption. Some shipping and auction partners are based in the USA and Canada and receive the details needed for your order.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as Ghanaian tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we no longer need. You can also object to us using your data for marketing. Write to auto@primeinfo.tech. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
